Our Lawn
Maintenance is a very detailed, dependable
and thorough service. Weed control
is provided in mulched areas with Round Up
where possible. We mow, edge, weed
eat & clean up as needed on a weekly
basis during the active growing season.
(WEATHER PERMITTING).
The active growing season is dictated by
weather and is loosely defined as sometime
in April through October. Visits taper off
in the fall but we still are onsite a
minimum of once a month during the winter.
Height of mowing cut varies during the
season but always follows sound
horticultural recommendations.
Our Lawn Maintenance Agreement rates vary
according to lawn size and difficulty of
the job and are based on year round
service that is billed in 12 equal monthly
payments.
No signed contracts necessary.
Pruning is not included in our Lawn
Maintenance Agreements (LMA) but can be
provided on an as-needed basis and billed
at the time of service in order to keep
costs of your agreement as reasonable as
possible.
We
provide Lawn Maintenance in a
specific geographic area.
